RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY


At Taramritu, every piece is carefully inspected and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the delicate nature of jewellery, we currently do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Products


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.


To be eligible for a replacement or refund:


- An unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

- The video should clearly show the package condition and the issue with the product.

- The video and order details must be shared with us within 24 hours of receiving the order.


Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Replacement & Refund Process


- Once the claim is verified, we will offer a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.

- If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

- Taramritu reserves the right to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate based on the nature of the claim.


Return Shipping


If a return is approved, the product must be sent back in its original condition and packaging.


- Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified by Taramritu.

- The replacement or refund process will begin only after the returned item is received and inspected.


Delivery Attempts


Our courier partners generally attempt delivery up to three times.


If the shipment is returned due to:


- Unavailability of the recipient,

- Incorrect address provided,

- Refusal to accept delivery,


the customer may choose one of the following:


1. Re-dispatch of the order upon payment of applicable shipping charges.

2. Store credit equivalent to the order value after deduction of shipping and handling charges.


Refunds will not be provided for orders returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts.

CANCELLATION POLICY


Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely dispatch. Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged for another product.
